Practice Excellence & Surgical Opportunity

• Immediate access to an established and growing cataract patient base
• High-volume cataract surgery opportunity with realistic Year One volume of 450–500 cases
• Alignment with a modern, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in San Antonio
• Ability to practice independently across multiple clinic locations with scheduling flexibility

• $400- $475k guaranteed salary in Year One + productivity upside potential
