PRIVATE PRACTICE Microsurgery - can also do 30-40% cosmetic & aesthetic if you choose
4 days per week in the OR with half being free-flap bilateral co-surgeries
On co-surgery days the afternoon is free, or you can use that time to grow aesthetics
Strong base salary with a per flap bonus tnership at the end of 1st contract
