• Compensation: $315,000 – $351,000 (plus incentives)

• Leadership Role: Supervise physicians, nurses, and APPs while maintaining clinical duties
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee outpatient pulmonary clinics, bronchoscopy, inpatient consults, and medical ICU
  • Support VA’s educational mission and trainee programs
  • Collaborate with administration to achieve patient care metrics
• Work Environment: Blend of inpatient & outpatient care for a predominantly older veteran population
• Team Structure: Lead 11 physicians, 5 APPs, and 4 RNs; collaborate with Respiratory Therapy & Medicine Service Leadership

• Pulmonary Function Testing (including methacholine challenge)
• Interventional Pulmonary Program with robotic bronchoscopy &
  lung volume reduction
• Robust Lung Cancer Screening Program
