About the Position
Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician
Join our dedicated team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician and make a meaningful impact on women’s healthcare. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity for compassionate providers to deliver high-quality outpatient clinical services, hospital call coverage, and obstetric care in a supportive environment. We are seeking committed professionals to provide consistent coverage for 3 to 6 months starting March 1, 2026, with the potential for extension.

Required Skills:
Valid medical license with active Baptist privileges preferred
Demonstrated experience in outpatient gynecology and obstetrics
Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with hospital call coverage (7–10 days/month)
Must have a clean malpractice record
Nice to Have
Skills:
Experience with hospital rounding, deliveries, and evening call responsibilities
Bilingual capabilities
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Preferred
Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
Willing to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week
Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts and call duties
Any required state or federal licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements applicable
