Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in Texas
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care
• Ability to handle high-volume cases with professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-risk obstetrics
• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems
• Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical OB hospitalist experience
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting within the last 5 years

Other Requirements:

• Active Texas medical license or in the process of obtaining
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Willingness to travel to different facility locations if required

Earn competitive compensation at a rate of $195.00 per hour. This position offers weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and access to a robust referral bonus program.
