Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

Join our dedicated team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician and make a meaningful impact on women’s healthcare. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity for compassionate providers to deliver high-quality outpatient clinical services, hospital call coverage, and obstetric care in a supportive environment. We are seeking committed professionals to provide consistent coverage for 3 to 6 months starting March 1, 2026, with the potential for extension.

Required Skills:

  • Valid medical license with active Baptist privileges preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in outpatient gynecology and obstetrics
  • Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with hospital call coverage (7–10 days/month)
  • Must have a clean malpractice record
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with hospital rounding, deliveries, and evening call responsibilities
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
  • Willing to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week
  • Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts and call duties
  • Any required state or federal licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements applicable
