Texas Vein Experts is expanding, and were looking for a dedicated and skilled Physician to lead our San Marcos and San Antonio clinics as a Medical Director. This unique opportunity includes a leadership role with ownership stakes, marking a significant step in our mission to provide top-tier lower extremity vascular diagnostics and venous disease treatments.

Focus on Procedures:
Initially, you'll manage new patient consultations, follow-ups, and procedures, transitioning to a more procedure-focused role as patient volume grows.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations: new patient evaluations, follow-ups, and post-operative care.

Perform a range of vein and vascular procedures.

Collaborate with a supportive team, including an ultrasonographer and a medical assistant.

Manage patient care schedules efficiently, ensuring high-quality care for 10-20 patients per day.

Lead and grow the clinics, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational success.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/Board-eligible with a valid Texas medical license.

Relevant specialty is helpful but not required (e.g., Vascular Surgeon, Interventionalist, Surgeon, or similar).Experience in vein or vascular fields is helpful, but we welcome physicians who are eager to learn and excel in this specialty. We can provider training in our Dallas Fort Worth clinics.

Passion for patient care and team collaboration.

Willingness to embrace the Texas Vein Experts mission and contribute to the well-being of patients with poor leg circulation.

Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Benefits:

Competitive salary: $250,000 - $550,000 per year (before ownership stakes).Health insurance and paid time off.

Flexible work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with the option to choose a 4-day workweek if preferred.
8 Paid Holidays off each year.
