- Holiday 24-Hr On-Call: $950 flat rate (BR: $1,194.12)

- Provide direct patient care and psychiatric assessments for dually diagnosed adult patients in a residential setting
- Respond to emergency calls and manage restraints as needed
- Conduct face-to-face evaluations, including mental health assessments
- Complete all documentation per facility and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with team members during rounds and meetings
- Follow all agency policies, HHSC, and facility regulations
- Maintain current licenses, certifications, and training requirements
- Participate in required trainings, team meetings, and documentation activities
- Assist with long-term care for adults, typically managing 1-2 patients per day
- Active Texas Medical License (MD) with no sanctions
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA Certification (US)
- Current CPR/AHA certification
