Job Summary and Description
Coordinates one or more academic, educational and/or training programs for the Alamo Colleges District (ACD) Office of International Programs. Depending on assignment, may develop or coordinate the development, implementation and ongoing administration of study abroad; technical, occupational, certification training, and/or dual degree programs.

Qualifications
Minimum
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in international relations, sociology, psychology, education or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
* Three years of related experience.
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* Master's degree in a related field (International Education, Higher Education Administration, International Relations, Law, Public Administration, Adult Education, or similar).
* Experience coordinating inbound international programs such as delegations, visiting cohorts, short-term academic visits, or short-term training visits (higher education preferred).
* Experience working with external partners such as international institutions, consulates, civic organizations, or government-affiliated groups.
* Familiarity with institutional coordination and protocol processes (cross-department coordination, ceremonies or formal visits).
* Experience supporting visiting scholars and or J-1-related processes.
* Experience supporting inbound student programming (orientation, engagement activities, wraparound support), including inbound ESL or visiting student delegations.
* Budget support experience for programs or visits (tracking costs, reconciling expenses, coordinating with vendors).
* Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus.
* Experience coordinating multiple inbound delegations annually with overlapping timelines.
License and
Certifications:
* Must have a valid driver license. Must be insurable through ACD
insurers.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
