Business Librarian

Position: Business Librarian I
** Responsibilities:*
* * Provides information and consultation services in a clear and courteous manner in person and by phone, chat, email, or other means.
* Uses research interactions as opportunities to orient patrons to the range of resources available and to develop key information literacy skills.

* Education and Experience:

*** An ALA-accredited Master’s degree in library or information science.
* Experience providing library instruction/ presentations in courses.
* Experience working with faculty to support their research projects/agendas.
* Experience developing online tutorials and finding aids (Springshare and/or other platforms)
* Demonstrated interest, background, and/or education in business-related subjects.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
* Ability to provide high quality research services in person and online.
* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
