Salary Range: Up to $53,196 annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Summary

The Enrollment Data Management Officer administers, coordinates and processes admissions and data loads, error reports and document intake processes. This position is responsible for processing admissions downloads, resolving error and data reports, and assisting with document intake, including imaging and indexing. This is a grant‑funded position dependent on availability of funds and/or departmental need.

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinates application downloads for both admissions and scholarships.
  • Coordinates test score data loads and college/university transcript data loads and generates report resolution.
  • Coordinates and processes error reports, disbursement reports, and output reports from the automated admissions processes including resolution of suspension information at the admissions levels and other pertinent admissions information.
  • Coordinates letter generation and resolution of issues.
  • Produces and sends mass emails for admissions.
  • Assists Sr. Officer with New Year Set up for admissions.
  • Assists with document intake processing including mail, imaging and indexing and appropriate distribution for admissions paperwork received via fax, mail, drop box, counter, or electronically.
  • Provides data and/or reports as needed to administration.
  • Stays abreast of rules, regulations and provides feedback for implementing new programs or changes to programs; interprets and maintains knowledge of current federal, state and institutional policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to scholarships.
  • Assists with writing and developing policy and procedures manual for areas of oversight.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • One (1) year of related work experience.
  • This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, multi‑tasking skills, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively with others in a dynamic environment.
  • Group and individual presentation and meeting facilitation skills required.
Working Conditions
  • Normal office conditions. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. Occasional travel.
Physical Demands
  • Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary, if walking and standing are required, only occasionally. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.

This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee’s responsibility.

This position is contingent upon a successful background check. Verification of a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) may be completed as applicable. Applicants selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
