Position Overview
The Special Education Teacher provides services to students in grades K–5 under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator. This educator participates in planning and implementing student programs, delivers specialized instruction, supports case management, and collaborates with general education staff to ensure student success.

ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday - Hours:
37.5 hours per week - Pay Rate: $40/hour (local)
- Modality:
In-person - Openings: 1 position
- Resource Special Education Teacher (K–5)
- Supporting students in a resource classroom setting
- Case management, documentation, and team collaboration required
- SPED certification and Generalist certification (K–5) needed
- Client interview required
- Provide specialized instruction to elementary students
- Support case management and IEP documentation
- Collaborate with general education staff and support teams
- Implement accommodations, modifications, and instructional plans
- Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Active state Special Education Teacher certification
- Generalist certification (K–5) required
- Experience in a teaching environment preferred
CPR certification if applicable - TB screening and health certificate as required
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
