KIPP Texas Public Schools is a free, public charter school network with more than 45 Pre-K - 12 schools across Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. The Student Enrollment and Data Team is focused on ensuring that schools are fully enrolled so that students are free to create the future they want for themselves and their communities. The team supports this vision through application acquisition and family onboarding, cultivation, and persistence.

We are seeking outreach workers who can connect directly with a broad base of parents and community partners committed to high-quality schools and positive change in their communities. A canvasser must have excellent relationship-building skills, physical stamina to canvass door to door, an ability to call potential applicants, and passion to help families access high-quality schools. The ideal candidate has experience doing door-to-door canvassing and community outreach and is familiar with the neighborhoods where KIPP Texas schools are located.
