University Baptist Church of San Antonio is seeking a part-time Student Ministry Leader to shepherd and grow our Rooted Student Ministry for students in grades 6–12. Rooted exists to help students plant their lives deeply in God’s Word and stand firm in their faith.
We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves students, and wants to build relationships that lead to lifelong discipleship. The Student Ministry Leader will oversee weekly gatherings, disciple-making, volunteer development, and events such as camps and mission opportunities — helping students grow in Christ, in community, and on mission.
