Olympia is hiring summer camp coaches!

Part Time & Full Time Available-Get paid to play games, round up the kids, & teach some awesome gymnastics skills.

Teachers & College kids home for summer-this is for you!

No olympic experience req. (We can't afford Simone anyway)

Duties:
  • Supervise and engage a group of up to 10 campers ages 4yrs to 11yrs during open gym play, ensuring safety on equipment, encouraging positive participation, and assisting with skill exploration or basic gymnastics movements in a fun, unstructured environment.
  • Lead and instruct one hour of structured gymnastics class, teaching age-appropriate skills, progressions, and techniques using Olympia Gymnastics’ curriculum while providing spotting, feedback, and motivation to help campers build confidence and improve.
  • Assist campers with snack and lunch times, as well as run camp games and active play periods, including supervising meals for safety and good manners, organizing group games or challenges (such as team activities, inflatables, or themed events), and actively playing alongside the kids to keep energy high and everyone included.
Here are three key qualifications for the role:
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality — Must bring high energy and positivity to keep campers excited and engaged throughout the full camp day.
  • Genuine enjoyment of working with children — Comfortable interacting with kids ages 4-11, patient, approachable, and skilled at building rapport to create a fun and supportive camp experience.
  • Experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, daycare, or school settings is highly preferred — Prior background in coaching youth gymnastics/cheer, teaching physical activities, or supervising children in group environments helps ensure effective instruction and camp management.
