  • Model and support best practices in active monitoring, flexible grouping, and differentiated instruction
  • Serve as a resource for teachers in planning for both intervention and extension within the same instructional block

  • Use data to develop and adjust flexible small groups on an ongoing basis
  • Design and support extension opportunities for students who have demonstrated mastery
  • Maintain organized records of student progress, interventions, and instructional adjustments
  • Communicate data-driven insights and instructional recommendations to teachers and school leadership on a regular basis
  • Circulate purposefully during instruction to monitor student engagement, check for understanding, and provide real-time feedback to both students and teachers
  • Support teachers in developing effective systems for monitoring student progress during independent and small-group work
  • Provide targeted small-group instruction and deliver explicit, structured interventions aligned to foundational math and reading skills
  • Build strong relationships with students to support engagement, motivation, and academic growth
  • Provide consistent, actionable feedback that helps students understand their progress and next steps
  • Participate in instructional planning meetings, PLCs, and data reviews
  • Communicate and uphold high expectations for both staff and student performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
