Position: Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing *Up to $55/hr

Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will deliver specialized instruction and support to students with hearing impairments in a school setting. The role ensures inclusive education and compliance with state standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement lesson plans tailored to the learning needs of deaf and hard‑of‑hearing students.

  • Deliver engaging classroom instruction using visual and assistive communication tools.

  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to promote academic growth.

  • Collaborate with special education staff and families to support individualized education plans.

  • Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and documentation in compliance with school policies.

  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with deaf or hard‑of‑hearing students.

    • Valid teaching license and resume submitted.
