The development of the After-Sales business through the sale of Parts, Accessories, and Services internationally is a major challenge for the Renault Group. In this context, you will join the Marketing and Communication Operations team within the B2C After-Sales Directorate of the Group, a team of 6 people, whose main mission is to define and deploy a strategy of conquest and loyalty in after-sales for our end customers for the Renault Group brands (Renault, Dacia, Alpine) for the global perimeter.

Your missions

You will contribute to the profitability of the Group and customer satisfaction on their journey from New Vehicle Purchase, Used Vehicle, and After-Sales by producing the associated content on Accessories to ensure the visibility and attractiveness of these products for B2C customers and their distribution on the main channels, mostly BTL, in a 360° marketing approach in coordination with colleagues from the B2C after-sales pole and the corresponding poles in the brands and customer experience directions, and in close liaison with the heads of accessory products:

  • Ensure the expressions of need, productions, validations, and delivery of visuals, videos, banners, etc. of the products and brands for the Accessories (AXS) perimeter: photo and video shoots, 3D productions, retouches, etc. and their good integration into the Group's product databases. This also involves a part of the relationship with suppliers for the recovery and processing of 3D files, the Accessories Program Accessories Pole, as well as the homologous sectors on New Vehicles or Occasions.
  • Define and pilot the realization of print and digital marketing-communication supports with the brands, product managers, digital teams, network methods, and agencies on different perimeters: creation, production, printing/hosting, translations
  • Contribute to the good quality of information in the product databases through exchanges with product managers, Data Manager, and Content Manager, animate the creation of marketing descriptions if necessary, and ensure their good application through all product supports (PLV, brochures, web pages, product reference, etc.)
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of online sales solutions for accessories
  • Contribute to the presence of accessories at Tier 1 salons and/or model reveal events through all actions of the definition by the stakeholders of the accessories to be exhibited, up to the follow-up of their physical presence on the stand
  • Ensure the diffusion and deployment of supports and contents in the communicating countries via internal platforms, and accompany the countries in the areas of brand content
  • More generally, be a force of proposal to implement Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing solutions with our Digital Performance pilot, to increase traffic on our sites, and social networks, the lead transformation rate and increase sales (retail and online): blogs, tips, videos, webinars, newsletters, surveys...

Your activities will also include a part of analysis of the existing, analysis of the competition, proposals for improvement, reporting.

Who are you?

  • You are preparing a BAC+5 level degree such as a university Master's, business school, or specialized engineering school in marketing and you are looking for an apprenticeship in alternation of 12 to 24 months.
  • You demonstrate transversality and excellent interpersonal skills in the conduct of your projects.
  • You are also recognized for your rigor and autonomy, even in an international context.
  • You have already acquired a first experience in marketing-communication projects in your previous internships and/or associative activities.
  • Good mastery of Excel / Analytical mind
  • Very good written expression in French
  • Your level of English is sufficient to manage with ease the interfaces with countries or suppliers or agencies (TOEIC 800 points minimum)
