Salary Range: Commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

The Employer Engagement Coordinator supports corporate sponsors and other operations for the Employer Engagement Team. This position equips students and recent graduates with the resources, skills, and connections needed to successfully transition from University life to the professional world through career education, counseling, employer relations, and job search support.
This is a grant‑funded position, which may be extended or shortened based upon availability of funds and/or work.
Core Responsibilities- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Three (3) years of related work experience.
- Ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- Five (5) years of related work experience.
- Verbal and Written Communication
- Data Management
- Presentation
- CRM Database Experience (e.g., Salesforce)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Office Environment. Workdays, areas, and work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business‑related events.
- Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary; if walking and standing are required, only occasionally. Exerts up to 10 lbs of force occasionally. Sometimes move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
This position is contingent upon a successful background check. Verification of a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) may be completed as applicable. Applicants selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
