Training Specialist
Hybrid Eligible – remote with onsite at San Antonio, TX; employees expected onsite at least two days per week.
Travel: up to 10% domestic and international.

CompensationUS applicants: base salary range $73,600–$101,200 plus variable incentive pay if eligible. Additional benefits include medical, dental & vision, HSAs, FSA, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, retirement options.
Key Responsibilities- Perform training delivery and facilitation for assigned programs, using effective communication and influencing techniques to drive knowledge, skill development, and behavior change across audiences.
- Execute the design, development, and continuous improvement of training materials, including manuals, modules, and e‑learning content to support business and operational needs.
- Support business partners and teams by analyzing training needs, resolving moderately complex issues, and providing guidance on training processes, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate training plans, schedules, records, and program logistics to ensure alignment with business timelines, compliance requirements, and overall training objectives.
- Prepare training reports, effectiveness analyses, and cost estimates by tracking training data and feedback to improve program outcomes and inform business decisions.
All duties performed in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
Your Skills and ExpertiseBachelor's Degree or higher and at least two (2) years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related business operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment is required.
OR High School Diploma/GED and at least six (6) years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related business operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment is required.
Required Experience- Two (2) years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, instructional materials, or learning content.
- Two (2) years of experience coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, and supporting learning program administration.
- Two (2) years of experience assessing training needs, analyzing performance trends, and measuring training effectiveness.
- Two (2) years of experience utilizing learning management systems (LMS), reporting tools, or business applications to manage training data and reporting.
- Five (5) or more years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related experience.
- Experience developing, publishing, and maintaining e‑learning content and digital learning solutions.
- Experience supporting training initiatives within healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or service‑based organizations.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively with diverse audiences across multiple levels of an organization.
