Salary Range: Up to $75,000 annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications
Type: Full Time; 9‑month contract with option for renewal to a 3‑year term pending budget
Position SummaryThe successful candidate will teach within the new undergraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences, develop key courses for the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) concentration pathway, oversee advising and curriculum development, and assist with establishing community outreach sites for student fieldwork.
Qualifications Required Qualifications- Master's degree in Educational Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Certified as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst, in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board.
- Ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
- Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Educational Psychology, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s or Doctorate from a Behavior Analysis program approved by the BACB or accredited by ABAI.
- Possess or be eligible for Texas Licensure (Licensed Behavior Analyst).
- Undergraduate teaching experience, including behavior analytic courses and/or supervision of students in practicum or applied settings.
- Experience in the practical application of applied behavior analysis.
This position is primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee’s responsibility. The role is contingent upon a successful background check, verification of a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) as applicable, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
