Job Description- Support and assist in the development and execution of leadership programs hosted by Student Engagement & Development.
- Facilitate leadership programming events and workshops that are aligned with SED mission and objectives.
- Direct advising of new student organizations at Trinity.
- Assist with the execution of departmental assessment initiatives.
- Performs other duties as required.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education before start date.
- Enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong creative and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain an appropriate degree of confidentiality.
- Use and knowledge of computer, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite programs.
- Use and knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, Pinterest).
- Experience in student programming, leadership education, counseling, and/or other related fields.
- An understanding of student development theory.
- Proven commitment to and appreciation for issues of diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to articulate issues and trends in higher education.
- Experience designing and conducting assessment activities.
- Ability to take on assigned tasks with a high level of creativity, independence, and initiative.
- Dates of employment are July 2026 - May 2027.
- Average of 20 hours worked per week (unless otherwise approved by supervisor).
- Available to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.
