The Traineris responsible forfacilitatinginstructor-led training, developing classroom materials, and evaluating and improvingtrainingprogram effectiveness.

Development team memberstoidentifytraining needs and performance gapsand recommend solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
Facilitate instructor-led training for assignedareasorvertical.
Collaboratewithinstructional designers and other trainers to developfacilitator and participantmaterials, including presentations, exercises, role plays,job aids, participant guides,and quizzes.
Consult with leadership/client toidentifyknowledge, skills, abilities, and program specific information and tools to trainnew hires.
Consult with assigned program leadership todetermineperformance gaps of existing employees and recommend solutions to improve performance.
Apply adult learning best practices and client requirements to the training deliverable.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Readilylearns and adoptsnew technologies.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Open to receiving and giving feedback.

Proficientproblem solving skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Minimum ofone year’s experience in training delivery or equivalent combination of training and/orrelatedprogramexperience
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Four (4) in-office workdays per week and theoptionto work remote OR in office on fifth (5th) dayor remote, as assigned
