Special Education Inclusion/Resource Teacher
Terms of employment: 10 months/187 days per year. Salary is on the teacher salary schedule on the EISD compensation plan on a term or probationary contract, as applicable. Starting teacher salary is $58,500.00 with a bachelor's degree; and additional stipend of $1,523.00 for a master's degree, with additional consideration for directly related experience. Special education special education inclusion/resource teacher stipend: $1,500.
Sign-on stipend: $5,000 (annualized) for new EISD special education inclusion/resource teachers. Sign-on stipend: $8,000 (2-year annualized installments) for new EISD educators with 10+ years of experience with a proven record of success or a TIA designation.
