Assist the school principal in the overall administration of the instructional program and operations at the campus level. Coordinate assigned student activities and services.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in educational administration
- Texas mid-management or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Certified T-TESS appraiser
Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
Strong communication, human relations, and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of school administrative operations
Three to five years teaching or equivalent

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written); coordinate campus support functions; maintain emotional control under stress. Occasional district and statewide travel; frequent prolonged and irregular hours.
