As a Wind Turbine Maintenance Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Hands-On Training:

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma

Experience:

3-5 years of work experience as a wind turbine technician, GWO certification highly preferred. Electrical experience preferred.

Communication

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staff

Patience and Empathy:

A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace

You should be proficient in:

OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) commissioningwind turbine

Machines & technologies you'll use:

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
