For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Marketing Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location:

Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Architect and maintain the marketing tech stack to automate workflows using AI
  • Develop lifecycle marketing automation systems to engage and assist millions of users
  • Build and optimize outbound systems for effective outreach and CRM integration
  • Create models for attribution and analytics to guide marketing investments and decisions
  • Lead operational reviews and support alignment of marketing with company goals
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Proven ability to create automations using AI tools and workflow platforms like Zapier
  • Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth methodologies
  • Capacity to manage user databases while ensuring performance and integrity
  • Self-motivated problem-solver who proactively identifies and addresses operational needs
