Executive Assistant with Digital Marketing

This role exists to grow the organization's base of supporters and donors by generating qualified leads through outreach and digital marketing. The organization works to build Black political and economic power across Illinois by supporting candidates and mobilizing communities. You will increase brand awareness, maintain web content, support fundraising and donor relations, and provide executive assistant support to keep operations organized.

The work is primarily asynchronous, so you manage your own priorities and document your progress clearly. The team is internationally distributed, and you coordinate across time zones in writing.

• Manage executive administrative tasks to organize daily operations.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness.
• Execute digital marketing strategies to generate consistent leads.
• Build and maintain web pages that support lead generation and outreach.
• Coordinate fundraising events, including planning, logistics, and follow-up.
• Maintain the donor database and keep donor records accurate and current.
• Schedule monthly and quarterly meetings to review status reports.
• Prepare and send invoices to donors.
• Track leads and interactions with accurate, detailed records.

• At least three years or more of experience in executive assistance and digital marketing.
• Lead generation experience across phone and digital channels.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Persistence in following up with contacts over time.
• Web design skills to build and update digital content.
