After School Care Supervisor
Role Mission:
Provide a safe and orderly environment for students after school.
Compensation:
- Hourly compensation for this role: $16.00/hour
- This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.
- Other benefits include dental and vision plans, disability, life insurance, parenting benefits, generous vacation time, referral bonuses and professional development. IDEA may offer a relocation allowance to defray the cost of moving for this role, if applicable.

High School Diploma/GED Required - Experience:
Experience working with student preferred
What You'll Do – Accountabilities:
- Actively supervise and monitor students at all time
- Utilize team building activities among students
- Follow school expectations for behavior
- Follow schedule provided by Director
- Enjoys working with children
- Manages students in a firm and fair manner
- Strong communication skills with students and staff
- Flexibility to change
- Promptness
