Pay and Benefits- Up to $172/day paid weekly
- $140/day for daily positions and $172/day for long‑term positions
- Paid via W‑2, meaning no year‑end tax headaches
- Real support from 6am–8pm daily
- Path to full‑time permanent roles at high‑performing K‑12 schools
- Cover lesson plans and manage a classroom of students as assigned.
- Provide lunch, recess, and hallway supervision as needed.
- Offer tutoring and proctoring during testing season.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.).
- Completed 48+ college credit hours.
- Comfortable managing a classroom of students.
- Willingness to step in where needed—lunch, recess, hallway, tutoring, or proctoring duties.
- Pass state and federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments).
- Belief that every child has a unique and powerful gift to share with the world.
