• Up to $172/day paid weekly
• $140/day for daily positions and $172/day for long‑term positions
• Paid via W‑2, meaning no year‑end tax headaches
• Real support from 6am–8pm daily
• Path to full‑time permanent roles at high‑performing K‑12 schools

• Cover lesson plans and manage a classroom of students as assigned.
• Provide lunch, recess, and hallway supervision as needed.
• Offer tutoring and proctoring during testing season.

• At least 1 year of experience working with children in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.).
• Completed 48+ college credit hours.
• Comfortable managing a classroom of students.
• Willingness to step in where needed—lunch, recess, hallway, tutoring, or proctoring duties.
• Pass state and federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments).
• Belief that every child has a unique and powerful gift to share with the world.
