WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As the Director of Learning Design and Development, you will oversee the creation of exceptional content for Real Time's learning experiences, manage content production, and instructional design, and facilitate strong relationships with both customers and employees to meet learning needs efficiently.

You will lead a talented team of instructional designers, software trainers, and learning professionals who are responsible for developing, delivering, and managing educational programs that drive customer adoption and success of our SaaS products. Your focus will be on creating a seamless learning experience for both clients and internal teams, enhancing technology adoption, and supporting the growth of our customer base.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, you will work closely with key stakeholders to oversee the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning experiences. Additionally, you will play a critical role in communicating and showcasing the contributions of the learning team to build Real Time's reputation as both an employer of choice and a technology partner of choice.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Lead, coach, and inspire a talented team of instructional designers and trainers to achieve their full potential.
• Oversee the development and delivery of impactful training programs, learning modules, and customer enablement content for Realtime customers and employees.
• Responsible for Learning Management System and Customer Community software implementations, post-implementation maintenance, and ongoing management of these critical systems.
• Build and implement revenue-generating training programs, including advanced learning modules, specialized workshops, and targeted educational offerings.
• Establish and manage the overall Learning & Development budget, aligning expenditures with organizational goals and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams, to ensure educational programs align with business goals and customer needs.
• Coordinate the design and delivery of comprehensive training solutions for diverse audiences, utilizing virtual sessions, eLearning, and blended learning approaches to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer certification program that ensures thorough training, skill validation, and industry-recognized credentials.
• Ensure the production of high-quality content that reflects best practices in adult learning and focuses on customer success.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure their training needs are fully met, and their feedback is continuously integrated into the corporate learning and development strategy to drive improvement.
• Create comprehensive onboarding training for Real Time new hires, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of the Real Time suite of products.
• Develop scalable education offerings, such as live workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and certification programs.
• Stay current with industry trends in learning technologies and methodologies, particularly in the SaaS and software training sectors.
