The primary work location for this position will be at Joint Base San Antonio (FSH, LAFB, RAFB), with occasional time spent lip's College campuses. Must adhere to DOD MOU Compliance regulations. This position requires passing an annual or semi-annual background investigation administered by the Department of Defense. Employment is contingent upon passing and maintaining approval status for access and entry to military installations.

Hours per Week: Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: M-F8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., some Saturdays, with some extended hours during themonths of June, July, August and January. Occasionally requires extended hours to cover evening operations until 10:30 p.m. as needed.

Leads an off-campus community education and training center. Works with the Economic and Workforce Development department and colleges to develop, market and manage programs that provide relevant educational and workforce development services to students, local school districts, business/industry and communities.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree.
Education and Experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- May need to have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization's insurers.
