Compensation

Competitive contract rates commensurate with experience, paid per agreed terms.

Engagement contingent on a background check clearing you to work in public school settings.

Scope Of Services

Provide specially designed instruction to students with IEPs in assigned placements

Develop, implement, and update IEPs for an assigned caseload

Assess student performance, track progress, and use data to inform instruction

Deliver small-group instruction for academically at-risk students

Collaborate with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators on student progress

Support student transitions between grades and toward graduation

Facilitate or participate in ARD committee meetings

Maintain accurate records and documentation meeting district and state requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution

Valid Texas certification in Special Education and applicable content area

Prior experience in a special education classroom setting

Practical Notes

Assignments follow the calendar and schedule of the assigned campus

Possible district-wide travel; physical demands include standing, lifting, and carrying materials
