General Notes This individual must possess a Federal Work Study award and be an undergraduate student at the LBJ School of Public Affairs.

Provide administrative support to the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions (OSAA) at the LBJ School of Public Affairs.

• Assist with front desk duties Student facing
• Process OSAA inbox daily
• Process room reservation requests for students and staff
• Upkeep office to ensure all areas are presentable
• Maintain supply inventory in office and order supplies for the office
• Assist all staff with event planning and assigned projects
• Give student tours
• Keep our new student checklist updated - work with staff to ensure all events, deadlines, reminders and other important info for new students is added in a proactive manner. (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).-students
• Assist with Student Handbooks

• Current undergraduate student at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin
• Must have a Federal Work Study Award for the  Academic Year.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• * Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Pay Rate $15 per hour

Working Conditions Typical office environment.
