Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Pharmacy Technician Skills Assistant to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! The Pharmacy Technician Programs run for 3-12 weeks.

Applicants must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am- 1:00 am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists students with the skills associated with the scope of practice for their designated subject.
  • Assist lead instructor to evaluate, report and record student performance and progress.
  • Assist lead instructor with all required skill labs, grading class assignments, and exams.
  • Prepares students to go on to an externship.
  • Assists students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the health care profession.
  • Provides a professional role model for students.
  • Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter area and effective teaching/learning strategies

Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
  • 1 year experience in the Pharmacy field (preferred).
  • Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable.
  • Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
  • Efficient with computers and technology.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Must understand all Pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to class
