Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Pre Teen Pastor to provide spiritual leadership and discipleship for students in grades 4th–5th within our ministry. You will recruit, train, and pastor volunteers and staff, partnering with parents and church leadership to support preteens’ growth in faith.
The role requires biblical maturity, strong relational and leadership skills, and a heart for teaching age-appropriate environments that foster a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ.
