Pen Fed Credit Union is seeking a Hybrid Mortgage Learning Partner in San Antonio, Texas. You will partner with the mortgage LOB to facilitate engaging technical training and soft-skills sessions, guiding learners with adult learning principles and various delivery modalities.
In addition to facilitation, you will help design and curate learning content, monitor progress with evaluations, and maintain training records while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
