Qualifications:- Valid Texas Special Education Teacher certification is required
- Previous experience teaching K-8th grade preferred
- Commitment to commuting to the specified school location
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of IEP processes, differentiated instruction, and inclusion best practices
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in inclusion classrooms
- Adapt lessons to meet individualized student needs and IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent communication
- Support a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued
