Essential Job Functions:

• Facilitate instructor-led training for assignedareasorvertical.

• Collaboratewithinstructional designers and other trainers to developfacilitator and participantmaterials, including presentations, exercises, role plays,job aids, participant guides,and quizzes.

• Consult with leadership/client toidentifyknowledge, skills, abilities, and program specific information and tools to trainnew hires.

• Consult with assigned program leadership todetermineperformance gaps of existing employees and recommend solutions to improve performance.

• Apply adult learning best practices and client requirements to the training deliverable.

• Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional team members.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Readilylearns and adoptsnew technologies.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred

• Minimum ofone year’s experience in training delivery or equivalent combination of training and/orrelatedprogramexperience

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Four (4) in-office workdays per week and theoptionto work remote OR in office on fifth (5th) dayor remote, as assigned
