Mikhail Education Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as Campus Director at one of our career-focused postsecondary institutions.

Career education/postsecondary leadership experience is strongly desired. We are particularly interested in candidates who have successfully led within career colleges, vocational or technical schools, allied health or nursing schools, skilled-trades institutions, or other career-focused postsecondary education organizations.

The Campus Director is the senior executive leader of the campus, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, including compliance across Education, Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Services, Business Operations, Facilities, and Administrative Support.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong business acumen who understands how enrollment, academics, student retention, graduate employment, compliance, and financial performance work together to create a successful campus.

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for all campus departments and operations.
• Develop and execute campus goals and strategic initiatives aligned with institutional objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, collaboration, student success, and continuous improvement

• Monitor campus key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for campus growth, operational improvement, and program expansion.

• Provide leadership and accountability for campus enrollment and student-start performance.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to achieve enrollment objectives.
• Monitor student retention, persistence, graduation, and other educational outcomes.
• Ensure effective coordination among Admissions, Financial Aid, Education, Student Services, and Career Services throughout the student lifecycle.
• Promote a student-focused campus environment that supports academic achievement and successful completion.

• Partner with academic leadership to ensure high-quality instruction and program effectiveness.
• Monitor educational outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support faculty development and instructional excellence.
• Ensure educational programs remain responsive to employer and workforce needs.

• Maintain a strong institutional focus on graduate employment and career outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, advisory boards, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure Career Services activities effectively support graduates in obtaining employment related to their education and training.
