• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Certification: Valid Texas teaching certificate with required Special Education endorsements.
• Verification: Ability to verify certification through TEA or complete fingerprinting before starting.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with the ARD Committee and IEP processes.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift and position students, assist non-ambulatory students, and stand, bend, and kneel frequently.

• Pay: $170–$240/day, based on setting (Inclusion or Life Skills) and assignment length (day-to-day or long-term).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours. No nights or weekends.
