What You’ll Do as a Floater Teacher

As a Floater Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our classrooms run smoothly and our children receive the care and attention they deserve. Your flexibility and enthusiasm will allow you to step into various classrooms, assist with daily routines, and support lead teachers in creating a fun and engaging learning environment. Every day will bring new opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities.
  • Supervising and engaging with children to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Supporting transitions between activities, meals, and outdoor play.
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in classrooms and shared spaces.
