Inspectors will perform field inspections to ensure compliance in accordance with the TPDES General Permit and will issue reports from information gathered on job sites and the “middleman” between Greenrise and the client.
Duties & Functions- Field Inspection:
Conduct daily inspections of job sites safely to ensure compliance with stormwater regulations; communicate daily with clients, State, County, and City officials about any compliance issues; keep management informed of issues; coordinate with the Inspections Manager on daily concerns or needs. - Administration:
Follow procedural and protocol systems in place to ensure accuracy, efficiency and quality of reports generated in the field; communicate with Project Managers, Inspections Manager, Compliance Department and Accounting regarding internal procedural issues; coordinate with Field Operations Manager and field personnel to turn in work orders and solve issues while personnel are onsite; fine‑tune routes to improve efficiency and productivity. - Vehicle / Equipment:
Responsible for the provided vehicle and its contents, ensuring general maintenance, registration, and tool/equipment upkeep; communicate with management regarding any major issues. - Installation:
Install BMPs/signage and perform reasonable onsite repairs when possible; deliver materials promptly once approved; physically able to lift 50 lb consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Construction experience: 1 year (Preferred)
