This full‑time position requires in‑role training at an operating site that will be 5+ weeks in duration. The training will be located 50+ miles away from the home site, and all travel accommodations will be booked and paid for by Amazon.

Rural Super Rural (RSR) is an exciting organization within Amazon dedicated to ensuring customers receive their deliveries and are satisfied with service, even in our most remote areas. RSR is a combination of operations and support teams aligned to continually innovate the last mile delivery process while bringing smiles to our customers’ faces.
Responsibilities- Track and report ATS/labor hours.
- Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP compliance.
- Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics.
- Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely and detailed feedback.
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production goals.
- Review and update SOPs as required.
- Ensure work areas remain clean and are properly equipped.
- Identify and address safety hazards within the work area, and participate in safety initiatives.
- Coach associates on ways to work safely at all times.
- Ensure all job injuries are reported timely in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience.
- Awareness and willingness to use OPEX tools and techniques.
- Demonstrates problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization.
- History of meeting or exceeding departmental goals.
- Experience leading teams.
- Capability to provide direction to team members using independent judgment.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills.

Starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate and the highest available shift differential. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings, including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors such as shift selection and location. Starting Day 1 of employment, Amazon offers EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, and 401(k) matching.
