Within Bouygues Bâtiment France, we are looking for a Controller to join our Health and Safety Control Division. This role will provide the General Management of each regional entity and the associated Health and Safety Prevention Services with insights on the level of control of activities conducted by the sites.

And the position?

Within the Health and Safety Control Division of Bouygues Bâtiment France, you will be responsible for conducting unannounced inspections on all sites, independently and objectively, with good sense and know-how. The scope of intervention is national with a preferred geographical area in the Northeast:
Hauts-de-France, Champagne-Ardenne, Lorraine, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Alsace, and occasionally in Belgium and Luxembourg.

The missions are concrete:

• Verify the application of Health and Safety rules and standards and evaluate the mastery of major risks through unannounced inspections on the sites.
• Immediately stop any activity presenting a serious and imminent danger, alerting the concerned managers immediately.
• Identify discrepancies in real time, guide the work and prevention teams in anticipating and preventing risks on the sites.
• Write clear, factual, and constructive inspection reports, distributed to the teams and integrated into the monthly and annual summaries of the division.

Your profile interests us

• Because you have successful experience of at least 3 years in prevention, control, or within the construction, supervision, or methods departments.
• Because your first experiences have allowed you to acquire technical knowledge, in particular knowledge of the different stages of building a building, of the regulations in the field of occupational health and safety.
• Because you are mobile, autonomous, and like being on the ground.
• Because you master computer tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
