Inspect, operate, maintain, test and repair boilers, cooling towers and associated control and distribution equipment;
Operate rotating machinery and interpret gauges/meters to monitor Central Energy Plant operations;
Adjust controls for safe and efficient plant operation and utility demand;
Maintain water treatment for boilers and cooling towers and analyze water chemistry;
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist maintenance team with other duties as needed
