- Provide hands-on mechanical support to ensure optimal plant performance
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime
- Administer and enforce Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures
- Evaluate equipment effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate and schedule plant downtime and planned outages to maximize operational efficiency
- Conduct inventory checks of critical spare parts to ensure availability and readiness
- Technical experience in Oil & Gas, auxiliary equipment, gas processing, or power generation environments
