Calpine, a leading power generator, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily and long-term equipment maintenance at a major Texas power plant. You will ensure safety for staff, contractors, and the public while coordinating schedules for mechanical, electrical, and I&C maintenance, outages, and contractor work.
You will develop budgets, manage LTSA contracts, and lead the team to maintain high reliability in a demanding energy environment. On-call availability is required.
