Field Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, train, motivate, and monitor Field Service Technicians
• Ensure safety practices
• Review paperwork and timecards
• Recruit, interview, develop, and evaluate service personnel
• Counsel direct reports
• Maintain good customer relations and improve customer retention
• Maintain direct contact with current or prospective customers
• Resolve complaints
• Prepare customer service repair quotes, presentations, and cost reports
• Pursue and develop new service business
• Administer Company goals and policies
• Maintain paper flow, records, and reports

• High school diploma
• Prior experience as a Field Service Technician
• Prior experience as a Dispatcher and/or Supervisor preferred
• Strong technical/repair knowledge
• Good communication, interpersonal, motivational, and computer skills
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• No current or future work-authorization sponsorship available

Demonstrates strong leadership in managing and training Field Service Technicians while ensuring safety practices and maintaining customer relations. Proficient in preparing service quotes and reports, with a focus on developing new service business.
