POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional engineering skills and project management expertise relative to health care, facilities projects, project schedules and budgets. Responsible for overall project coordination with contractors, consultants/vendors and hospital/medical staff. Complies with UH and departmental policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred. Certification as a Professional Engineer is preferred. Ten years of progressive experience or at least five years in the health care industry is preferred. Broad experience in the field of engineering design for health care facilities is preferred.
